- Worked on the characterization of the impact of ADSL bit-errors on video being delivered over ADSL lines, and also architected the software for the Verizon One and Westell Media Terminal.

- Directed a team of 12 employees and contractors, leading all aspects of planning and scheduling while providing strategic direction of technical initiatives.
- Led the development of an experimental project designed to lay the foundation of ADSL modem products at Westell; created the Access-4000, an ADSL modem that supported numerous physical networks, including Ethernet, HomeRF, 802.11, HomePlug, and HPNA, VoIP, and VoATM for delivery of POTS services.
- Transitioned the technology from the Access-4000 to new ADSL products designed for a major North American RBOC, which resulted in winning a second North American RBOC with the first deployed NAT router product in the US.
- Delivered on-site customer support during product transition through customer testing lab, and also developed new product requirements and managed implementations.
