I found out that I had diabeties last April. It transformed my perception on what is a healthy food. Before the diagnoses I tried treat healthy by avoiding fat and cholesterol. Now its sugar and starch. I think it is required that you convince people that the food you are trying to sell is healthy. But that it based on a misinformed view of what is healthy.
> Convincing us that a food is healthy is a sure-fire marketing strategy for many processed food companies. But don’t listen to the hype: many processed foods are way too high in added sugars, which in addition to being flavor enhancers can also contribute to making a food more shelf-stable.
I wonder if the herd perception will ever change.Facebook Twitter Google+
