I found out that I had diabeties last April. It transformed my perception on what is a healthy food. Before the diagnoses I tried treat healthy by avoiding fat and cholesterol. Now its sugar and starch. I think it is required that you convince people that the food you are trying to sell is healthy. But that it based on a misinformed view of what is healthy.
